Loch Tayside Race Weekend 2012 - A follow up report

We can confirm that the grand total raised for Cancer Research UK in 2012 was £1000! So thank you to all those who took part in the race and ceilidh and helped reach this grand total.

The 2012 results and a brief race report can be found here on our blog.

Loch Tayside Race Weekend 2013

Saturday 12th October - Meall nan Tarmachan
Sunday 13th October - Sron à Clachain

Once again, Lochtayside will be organising their annual hill race weekend with all money proceeds going to Cancer Research UK. The entry fee will cover both races with a great, free lunch after Saturdays race.

On the Saturday evening there is an Ogham concert taking place in the Maclaren Hall which we thoroughly recommend going to if your staying over for the weekend. All proceeds are going to local charities with lots of young, local musicians playing too.

Registration for both races will take place at the Maclaren Hall in Killin, between 11.30am and 12.30pm. On Saturday please allow 15 minutes to get from Killin to the Ben Lawers car park (race venue). For more information regarding the location and the Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve please click here.

We'd just like to say a big thank you to our sponsors at the Real Food Cafe and the Killin Cancer Committee ladies who put on the lunch.
